Unable to create file "c:\phspeed\xampp\htdosc\test\_libs\images\phspicon.png".

Hello,

I'm getting message:

Unable to create file "c:\phspeed\xampp\htdosc\test\_libs\images\phspicon.png" when running a new, empty project.

Steps to reproduce:

- Create a new, empty project
- Try to run the app

The "images" folder under the new project folder was not created. I created it and the error goes away. So the original cause is this folder not being created on a new project.

Using version 2.3
