After evaluating PHsPeed for the last 3 days, I found this tool has a great potential. It has so many features that do not exist in similar products on market.
I love the Application Wizard feature which can generate the UI and code behind it very fast. I can choose whether to generate:
- Form only,
- Grid View only,
- Form with Grid, which is very great when we select a row in Grid will display the record on Form below the grid,
- Grid with popup form, which will give you the ability to display the Add/Edit form in Modal dialog from the Grid, and also:
- Agenda application as well. I have not tried it, but I guess it is similar to Calendar layout for adding a new and/or editing scheduler.
I also love the Bulk generate applications feature, in order to generate one or some or even all tables in my current database. Love this feature so much!
I can also define multiple database connections and re-use it for my project. This is a great and smart feature, I think. PHsPeed even allow me to use my existing MySQL database instead of using the MySQL built-in that provided by PHsPeed. This is really cool!
I also love the IDE including the Debugger feature. The idea is great to create IDE that also supports to display the UI of form/grid, moreover it is responsive design already, since it starts to use Bootstrap 4. Hopefully Bootstrap 5 can be supported by PHsPeed, too.
The support also is excellent. Very fast response. Every feedback I posted always responded with the great solution. I am really sure that the new version will be released after improving PHsPeed based on the feedback from us.
I have always had the admiration and respect to the people who make such tools to help developers speed up the development phase. So, I will continue to evaluate and will use PHsPeed and explore some other hidden features that I have not known, yet.
To PHsPeed Developer Team, please continue your good work to make PHsPeed better from day to day. Don't forget also to improve the documentation, including some tutorials to expose another great features that we have not known it, yet.

Thank you very much for your nice review. Bootstrap 5 is under development, but not yet complete. We are depending on components of the open-source community (MIT based) and for compatibility reasons we have to wait until all are available, we find a replacement or have to assist in migrating them. But we will make the transition, like we did from Dojo -> Bootstrap 3 -> Bootstrap 4. PHsPeed is not that long on the market, but as a tool we have been using it internally for years.
The docs are being worked on. It is enhanced regularly. We are also working on new courseware, videos. Our webinars will continue early September.
