Updating our service channels

Currently, we use different products for our bug tracker, chat, and service desk. We will replace these systems with a more modern and integrated product shortly. We will keep our old bug tracker online for compatibility reasons, but only in read-only mode. The service desk and chat application have been set offline due to compatibility issues with PHP 8.2 and higher. Soon we will release the new software on our website.
