Sorry, but the simple answer for now is no. We don't believe that this will add real value to the product. Most developers who work with programming languages must be able to - at least - read English, as the programming languages are also English-orientated. We do have a plan to translate the documentation, but we haven't found a cost-effective way to do so so far. Translations are generally expensive and would increase the price of PHsPeed, which we want to keep affordable to anyone.
